Joshua Thatcher is a member of Snow Caldwell Beckstrom & Wilbanks, PLLC’s litigation and transactional team. He frequently engages in complex litigation in forums throughout the State of Utah to achieve client goals. Josh has restructured businesses in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, tech, commercial and residential and commercial real estate. Joshua’s familiarity with a broad range of complex legal issues has greatly assisted him to understand the unique situation of each individual client and to implement creative solutions to advocate for the firm’s clients effectively and efficiently.

In his spare time, Joshua enjoys getting outdoors and creating memories with his family and friends. Additionally, Joshua is addicted to pickleball and considers himself the best pickleball player admitted to the Utah State Bar. To stave off an ever-growing waistline, Joshua has also recently began participating in triathlons and hopes to one day enjoy exercise as much as he enjoys eating delicious foods.
