Russell S. Mitchell

Russell Mitchell has been guiding clients through the issues and complications that can arise in commercial leasing, real estate disputes, probate, trust administration, and effective legacy/estate planning for over 25 years. Although legal problems may stay unresolved because creative solutions are not explored or even conceived, Russell develops innovative approaches with his clients that generally bring more efficient and effective results. Russell is primarily a trial attorney in the areas of real estate (buy/sell, landlord/tenant, boundary issues, easements, liens, title, etc.), estate administration (contested probate and trust administration matters), and general business and contract matters. However, he uses his litigation experience to aid his clients as he drafts contracts and estate plans in ways to avoid the issues he has seen come up in trials.
